The Dining & Living Areas
A hand-painted calabash bowl rests on the dining table. A calabash is a large fruit that grows in Jamaica. Hanging on the wall is one of my art quilts. The apartment is filled with my original paintings and others by Jamaican aritsts.

The pendant lamp provides light for laptops and other paperwork for working remotely. There's also a surge protector plugged in to an electrical outlet nearby for all your mobile devices.

The living area, with a flat screen TV, free WiFi/cable TV, DVD player, AM/FM radio and CD player. Board games are also available.

In the sitting area, there's a flat screen color tv, DVD player, wide selection of DVDs, a landline telephone for free unlimited calls in Jamaica, CD player, and free WiFi inside the apartment. You'll find lots of novels and magazines, and a variety of board games including Trivial Pursuit, playing cards, chess, Scrabble and Monopoly.
The Bedroom Loft
The bedroom loft upstairs. The new 25,000 BTU inverter a/c is mounted on the wall and cools the entire apartment. A surge protector and USB charger is plugged in the outlet.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen. It has an electric kettle, microwave, blender, French Press coffee maker, citrus juicer, strainers for pasta and an electric can opener.
The cool sea breezes flow through the kitchen window and front door all day.
The dish drainer fits on the sink to give you more counter space.
Lots of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and other cooking essentials.
The Bathroom
Bath towels, rags, and beach towels are included in the nightly rate. The bathroom was recently remodeled with porcelain and glass mosaic tiles, a new bathtub and toilet bowl, and a new light fixture.
The Private Balcony
The private balcony with a table and two chairs, which overlooks the private gardens, the pool and the beach. The perfect spot for breakfast, remote work on your laptop, and chilling out at night as you feel the breeze and listen to the ocean waves.

The property is on the North Coast Highway which bypasses Ocho Rios and crosses the White River, going towards the eastern end of the Island.
