Your idyllic beachfront escape in Jamaica: a tastefully furnished air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking a private beach and pool, just outside Ocho Rios on Jamaica's North Coast.  My apartment is part of a small complex of 33 apartments.

Amenities include free WiFi inside the apartment and on the private balcony, 

• 32" flat screen color TV, cable, DVD, and DVDs 
• CD player, AM/FM radio
• Novels and travel literature 
• Full equipped kitchen with a two-door refrigerator, a four-burner electric stove, new microwave, electric can opener, blender, French Press coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, crockery, and cutlery  
• Landline telephone inside the apartment for free, unlimited calls to landlines in Jamaica 
• Keyless entry, two beach lounge chairs, lockable safe, blow dryer, iron, ironing board, umbrellas, all linens, beach towels 
• Surge protector for laptops and other mobile devices
• Regular housekeeping service.

There are two restaurants and a supermarket right across the street.
 

Summer Special: US$99.00/night, normally $130/night, plus electricity at $15/night, and a 4% service charge. Stays longer than 14 nights are negotiable. Minimum stay of two nights.  All credit cards are accepted via Square and PayPal. A maximum of two adults; children cannot be accommodated.
